It looks like Sharwanand has done it yet again! After a series of his films emerged victorious amidst tough competition at the box office during the festive season, his latest film Mahanubhavudu has followed the same trend. In fact, just a few days into the release of the romantic-comedy, the response was so great that the makers added nearly 100 screens in the Telugu-speaking states. “In Hyderabad alone, nearly 30 theatres have been added,” read an official statement from the film’s team.
While Dasara season helped in kicking off the film on a good note, the unexpected average performance of SPYder has also proved to be a boost of sorts.
The film starring Mehreen Kaur Pirzada as the female lead was made on an average budget, and the makers claim that they managed to reach the profit zone within six days of the release.
