Former leading lady-turned producer Jeevitha is gearing to start work on a film as soon as the Government comes out with guidelines. She is planning to do a film starring her husband Rajasekhar.
“Karuna Kumar is directing the film,” she says, adding that shooting is likely to start in the first week of July. And no, she isn’t planning to wait till cinema theatres are reopened to release her film.
“We are making a budget film, so it can be screened on OTT channels too,” she said.
Pressed for details of the film, she said “It’s a remake and we bought the rights. It’s a thriller.” She declined to reveal the name though.
Jeevitha is also planning to make a film with her daughters. The story is ready, she said. Praveen Sattaru is likely to direct the movie.
