The teaser of actor Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film Katamarayudu went on receive a record number of views in a few hours of its release on Saturday evening. The teaser which was seen by two million people in just five and a half hours, went on to record over 3.7 million views in 23 hours, only next to Rajinikanth’s Kabali, which garnered nearly six million views in 24 hours.
The teaser also garnered 1,46,000 likes in the same duration, making it the highest liked Telugu teaser so far. The hashtag #KatamarayuduTeaser had been trending across the country during the initial few hours. The film, directed by Dolly (Kishore Kumar Pardasany), is set to release this summer in time for Ugadi.
