After being embroiled in a drunken driving case on New Year’s Eve, TV show host Pradeep Machiraju has been subject to criticism and ridicule in relation to an old public service ad where he is asking people not to drive under the influence of alcohol. Well, it looks like after all the brouhaha, he has had no choice but to tender an apology!
In a new video, Pradeep, who has been incognito since two days, apologises.
“I am a law-abiding citizen and will do what is expected of me. The reason I have been off the radar is because I have been busy with work. It’s ironic how I had done a video preaching against this and unfortunately I ended up breaking the law. I apologise and request to please forgive me, and also not to make the error that I have.”
