Young actor Sharwanand is reportedly flying off to the USA to be with his wife Rakshita Reddy since they are expecting a baby in a couple of months. She is a US-based techie and they got married in June 2023. He has finished shooting for his 35th film with People Media Factory which is being directed by Sriram Aditya. He would be leaving in a couple of days.
“Sharwanad wants to be a true-blue husband and will be spending a couple of months in US to stay alongside his pregnant wife,” says a source, who claims that the family of Rakshita Reddy are US-based citizens. "Sharwanand also owns a flat in New York and probably they want their kid to be born in US and hence he is sparing more time for his family by taking a break from shootings,” he adds.
The actor has kept his new films on hold and would commence work only in February next year. “He has asked producers to wait for a few months since it is a special moment in his life and they agreed to his request,” he points out.
On the work front, the actor's last few releases like ‘Oke Oka Jeevitham’ and ‘Mahasamudram’ failed to impress, while he rocked in hit movies like ‘Mahanubhavudu’. “He is banking on his family drama with Sriram Aditya to bounce back into the reckoning and prove his mettle. He is a talented actor and also flair for comedy but needs one big hit to remain in the reckoning,’ he concludes.
