After the failure of Kathanayakudu and Mahanayakudu, everyone’s been trying to guess Krish’s next move. Well, according to a source close to the director, Krish is looking forward to helming a Bollywood flick next. “The director is all set to start shooting his next Hindi film. Although the deal hasn’t been finalised yet, it is likely that Akshay Kumar will be cast in it,” said the source. It turns out that the director has worked with Akshay Kumar before and apparently, the actor agreed then itself to do another film with him in the future. “Krish has already narrated the story to Akshay, but they have other stuff to discuss as well. He will mostly make an official announcement only after the film’s lead actor is confirmed,” the source added.

The failure of Krish’s NTR biopic has left him quite dejected. “The film should have been released on a better date. In my opinion, it would have done much better had it released during Pongal holidays,” the director said. However, the director seems to have managed to put his failures behind him for he appears to be busy shuttling between Mumbai and Hyderabad for his upcoming Hindi film.
