If all goes well, Bollywood actor Sachin Khedkar may play a role in the upcoming NTR biopic. The filmmakers were on the lookout for an actor suitable to play the role of Nadendla Bhaskar Rao, the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. Although they were initially considering Paresh Rawal for the part, they are now planning to cast Sachin.
The actor was recently given a narration of the script and an outline of his character. He was more than happy to come on board. The filmmakers are in the process of working out the remaining formalities.
A source informs, “Sachin was approached because the filmmakers felt that his body language and mannerisms would be in sync with Nadendla Bhaskar’s personality.”
Meanwhile, the pre-production work on the biopic is in full swing. The unit is busy chalking out a schedule for the shoot.
