Super multiplex launched
AMB Cinemas, owned jointly by Mahesh Babu and Narayan Das Narang of Asian Cinemas, was launched in the city by Mahesh Babu’s father and yesteryear superstar Krishna on Sunday.
The spacious, seven-screen multiplex is one of the largest in Hyderabad and has a superb ambience, lighting system and one-of-its-kind food options. The highlight of the cinema mall is the MLounge. Named after Mahesh Babu and dedicated to him, it is replete with his pictures, and showcases some of the awards he has received for his work.
The biggest attraction is the attire which the actor wore in his earlier film Bharat Ane Nenu. People who buy recliner tickets pass through the MLounge and can call for an attendant while viewing the movie with the press of a button. One of the seven screens is entirely fitted with 52 seats which can recline.
The architecture and design of the lighting system is extremely beautiful. Sunil Narang got most of the technicians from Mumbai to design this multiplex.
At the launch Mahesh Babu visited all the screens. Suresh Babu, Dil Raju, Adi Seshagiri Rao, Sudhakar Reddy, Adivi Sesh, Supriya Yarlagadda, Gemini Kiran, Sharrath Marar were amongst the celebrities who attended the event. The entire Narang family, Narayan Das, Sunil and his brother Bharat were also present at the launch.
