After having been part of successful Tamil film, Kanchana 3, actress Nikki Tamboli is set for her Tollywood debut with the upcoming film, Thippara Meesam. The action drama, which is directed by Krishna Vijay, will see Nikki paired with Sree Vishnu.
Sharing the plotline with us, the Aurangabad-born actress, says, “The story is about how a girl enters the life of a frustrated DJ (played by Sree Vishnu), who is having a tough time dealing with his mother. The story goes on to show how his life changes after she enters his life.” The actress states that Thippara Meesam is a blend of several aspects — there’s a bit of emotion, love and some bit of a beautiful mother–son relationship. “I play a chirpy girl in the film, but my role takes a dramatic turn in the second half, and you need to watch out for that,” she says, emphasising the caveat. Describing herself as a destiny’s child, Nikki reveals that she never wanted to become an actress. “But now I am embracing and loving being in front of the camera. I have even done an acting course in Mumbai, followed by a modelling stint,” reveals Nikki, who has recently landed a Bollywood film to be directed Rajesh Bajaj. “I shall commence shooting soon,” she says.
