According to sources actor Sunil’s next project, which was supposed to be the remake of Tamil film Sathuranga Vettai, helmed by debut director Gopi Krishna, may not happen.
“The film’s rights were purchased by Gentleman producer Sivalenka Krishna Prasad, and talks were on to begin work on the same. However, post the release of Ungarala Rambabu, many things have changed. Also, it seems like Sunil is rethinking his decision to star in a thriller, when many have been suggesting that he take up his forte of comedy more seriously,” shares a source in the know.
The makers and actor settled things amicably and now Sunil is out of the project. A new actor will be roped in to play a con man who is skilled in high profile scams. It is to be seen who will be roped in for the same.
