Mishti Chakraborthy has not been home in a while. The svelte actress, who has a packed shooting schedule, wants to take time out and visit her family in Mumbai. She has been travelling and shooting in multiple languages in the South, as a result of which she has hardly got a chance to visit home recently.
“Apart from Telugu, I have been doing films in Malayalam, Kannada and Tamil, so I feel homesick. I guess the only way to beat my homesickness is to sign more films in Bollywood,” she explains, adding, “But working in multiple industries is helping me grow as an actor. I am getting to experience various cultures in the South.”
Her forthcoming release in Telugu is Sarabha, directed by Narasimha Rao, and the actress will be seen in multiple shades in the socio-fantasy thriller. “The role has a good and an evil side to it and my character would come in as surprise to the audiences,” she mentions.
