After the stunning success of Kshanam, Adivi Shesh has moved on to his next project, though not directed by the Kshanam director Ravikanth Perupu. Says Perupu, “The news that I’m directing Adivi Shesh again is false. My associate director from Kshanam, Rahul is directing Adivi’s next.” Adivi reveals that his new film is titled Goodhachari. “It is an action romance. Everything is in the process of being locked in right now. We are yet to finalise the details, including the rest of the cast and crew.”
Rumours insist Goodachari is a remake of the 1966 Telugu espionage thriller Gudachari 116, which was remade into the Hindi blockbuster Farz. Adivi denies these rumours. “Goodachari is an absolutely original script, not a remake or adaptation of any film.”
