Raj Tarun has pinned all his hopes on Lover, directed by Aneesh Krishna. Slated for a July 20 release, the film’s music was recently launched.
Raj Tarun credits his new look in the film to young producer Harshit, the nephew of producer Dil Raju. “Harshit has taken care of my new look for this film. I should also thank Aneesh for making this film,” says Raj Tarun, adding that he is inspired by Riddhi Kumar, the female lead.
“She works very hard and you can see it in every scene. She gave a good performance,” says the actor, who adds that he is willing to work with Dil Raju on a film every year.
“If he promises that he will make a film with me every year, I won’t sign any other film except his,” says Raj Tarun.
Meanwhile, though the producer is in the background even for this film, he has handed over the film’s production responsibility to his nephew Harshit so as to encourage the next generation.
