Producer Dil Raju
Recently, Dil Raju released a promotional video of his forthcoming film on YouTube, which has created a controversy. According to a source, the producer released the video directly on the Internet, without getting permission from the Censor officer. The producer can release an audio song directly, but when he has to release a video song, he should take permission from the censor board.
“For any video promotion, the producer should apply to the censor and get the clearance. But here the producers have not followed the practice,” says Rajasekharam, an official from the Regional Censor Board.
Though we tried to reach the Officer, he was not available for comment.
