Once known for his chocolate boy , Siddharth seems determined to make his comeback in Tollywood. The actor, who started his career with Tamil films, switched to doing Telugu movies eventually. However, after earning a fair amount of success in Tollywood, he went back to acting in Tamil films. And although some of his Tamil films were dubbed in Telugu, the actor hasn’t been seen in a single Telugu movie since Jabardusth, which released in 2012. He did make a cameo appearance in Jr NTR’s Baadshah, but we don’t really know if that counts.
Recently, however, the actor announced on Twitter that he has resolved to make his comeback in Telugu cinema and said that he needs 18 months’ time to prepare. He wrote: “Evadu emanna nenu thirugi osthanu le. Please note this promise down. I will at the very least try my best to please my #Telugu audience once again. Give me 18 months prayakshakulaara. I will not let you down. A lot of great content on the way. Maatladkundhaam. (sic)”
