After a long delay, Akhil Akkineni’s second film, to be directed by Vikram Kumar ,was launched on Sunday evening at Annapurna Studios. All the members of the Akkineni family attended the event. The late ANR’s great grandchildren, Sagari and Satya gave the clap while Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya handed over the script to director Vikram Kumar and Akhil. Veteran director K. Raghavendra Rao was the chief guest at the event.
Amala, Naga Suseela, Supriya, Sumanth, Sushanth and Yarlagadda Surendra also attended the event along with other family members. “The technical team which worked for Manam is going to work on this film too. I am confident that this film is going to be a trendsetter,” said Nagarjuna after the launch. The film’s shoot began on Monday.
