Superstar Mahesh Babu is reportedly quite jovial and friendly on the sets of his films since he likes to keep his team in good humour. “Contrary to his serious and introverted image on screen, Mahesh Babu cracks a lot of jokes on the sets,” says a director, who worked with him. “He is also open to jokes about himself which very few stars could accept,” he adds.
Usually, big stars don’t like anyone making comments against them but the ‘Okkadu’ star doesn’t bother about such things. “He is very jovial and friendly on the sets and if someone cracks a joke on him, he takes it in his stride. His intention is to keep everyone happy on the sets and work hard without much strain,” he points out.
Of course, his real-life comic timing was captured on screen in films like ‘Dhookudu,’ ‘Aagadu’ and ‘Sarileru Neekevaru’ because he is quite cool while evoking laughs. “Mahesh Babu bursts out in laughter if he likes a joke since he doesn’t like to hide his emotions. Only people with honesty could laugh openly,” he concludes.
On the work front, Mahesh Babu is prepping himself and beefing up his muscle for his magnum opus with ace director Rajamouli which is billed to be an action adventure set in deep jungle.
