Actor Ravi Teja made a stellar comeback with Raja The Great and that seems to have changed things for him. With the film becoming his highest grosser, things are looking up for him and it now appears that the Tamil remake of Bogan may not happen. “Ravi Teja might team up with his Power director Bobby for a script they had discussed recently. So, the remake of Bogan will be put on the backburner since the same producer is likely to take on the reigns of the new film,” shares a source.

The actor will wrap up Touch Chesi Chudu soon so that it can be ready for a release during Sankranti 2018. While he was to begin work on the remake soon after that, it looks like the recent developments on the career front for both him and director Bobby, whose film Jai Lava Kusa was received decently at the box office, have changed their track. It is to be seen whether the remake of Bogan will happen any time soon.
