Dubbing for one’s own role seems to be the trend in Tollywood right now. Many actresses are dubbing their own lines, be it Anu Emmanuel or Keerthy Suresh. Now, Mehreen Kaur will join this list by lending her voice for her forthcoming Telugu film, F2. Apparently, it was a collective decision by the unit.
“I was enthusiastic to dub for my lines as this character is very entertaining, and at the same time, challenging. Basically, I want the role to look authentic; I feel I can do justice only if I lend my voice,” Mehreen says. The actress feels dubbing is also a great way to connect with the audience. “I am still picking up the language,” says Mehreen.
Starring Venkatesh and Varun Tej, the Anil Ravipudi directorial also features Tamannaah. The unit will now head to Europe to shoot some interesting parts of the film.
