Actress Bhanumathi’s family wins the court case

The family of legendary actress Bhanumathi has won a legal battle regarding the actress’s name featuring as the title of a film.

The movie, which was to be titled Bhanumathi Ramakrishna, is slated to release on a private platform.

The late actress’ family approached the courts asking for a direction to change the title, and the court has ruled in its favour.

After the court asked the filmmakers to change the title of the film, they are planning to rename it Bhanumathi and Ramakrishna, according to a source.

An official announcement in this regard is expected soon. The well-known actress was also a director, playback singer, studio owner and writer.
