After playing a supermodel in her earlier Telugu film Eedu Gold Ehe, Richa Panai will be seen without any makeup in her next film Rakshaka Bhatudu, directed by Vamsi Krishna Akella. “I play an innocent girl from Vizag who goes to Araku with a purpose. How she gets into a confusing situation and eventually comes out of it has been interestingly portrayed. Amid all the chaos, there are gripping moments too,” says Richa.
The Yamudiki Mogudu actress will be seen with minimal makeup in this film. “I played a supermodel in my earlier film, for which I sported glamorous outfits. But now, my director wants minimal makeup and simple costumes for a greater connect with the audience. This is the first time I have shot for a film sans makeup,” she shares. Richa also reveals, “The film has several comic moments, and this is the first time I have worked with several top comedians. The experience of working and watching them closely has helped me better my comic timing,” she says.
