Samantha Akkineni, husband Naga Chaitanya, and the rest of the Majili team offered their prayers to Lord Venkateswara on Tuesday morning. While the team took transport to get to the top, Samantha decided that she wanted to walk the steps. She starting walking from Alipiri on Monday night and joined the team at the top on Tuesday morning.
Majili is set to release on April 5, a day prior to Ugadi, the Telugu New Year day. And it looks like the actress has pinned a lot of hope on her upcoming film Majili, which she considers a milestone for her and Chaitanya in their respective careers.
The actress has spoken very highly about the film and feels confident about its success. Majili, directed by Shiva Nirvana, also happens to be the first film that the couple has done together after their marriage.
