Rakul Preet Singh, who is busy with a few big Tollywood projects, will return to the Tamil industry soon.

According to a source, the actress will be starring in Thupparivalan opposite Vishal. “Vishal is also the producer of the film and he wanted to rope in Rakul for the female lead. Discussions are going on and the official announcement may come soon,” says the source. This will be Rakul’s comeback film in Tamil as her last one was four years back.
After her debut Tamil film, she started her Tollywood journey and became one of the most sought-after actresses here. Though she had been getting offers for Tamil films, she was waiting for the right script, and Vishal’s film seems to be the one. The director of the film is Mysskin, who has made some critically acclaimed films.
