Rakul Preet Singh was the most happening actress in 2016 with three big hits and may continue to reign in the coming year. The actress also ranks high when it comes to remuneration, just after Anushka and Nayanthara.
She is much in demand in 2017 with some interesting projects lined up. The biggest one is undoubtedly the Mahesh Babu-A.R. Murugadoss film, in which she is playing the female lead opposite Mahesh Babu for the first time. This will be followed by Winner opposite Sai Dharam Tej and director Boyapati Srinu’s films. She is also paired opposite Naga Chaitanya in a film directed by Kalyan Krishna.
“The actress has seen good successes with top actors and her remuneration is high too, which puts her in the top slot both these years,” says the source.
