Popular anchor Anasuya Bharadwaj is busy with both television and films. Recently, the actress missed a couple of Jabardust episodes, and the web media went viral on the reason for her absence. Some wrote that she had come out of the show, while others said she was asking for more money. To clear such allegations, Anasuya appeared as anchor last Thursday.
“The anchor-turned-actress has signed few films and she is busy with shooting, so she missed couple of shows. That’s it and she is still very much there,” a person close to Anasuya said. The source also said that there were no differences regarding the remuneration or anything with the show’s producers, adding, “She informed the producers about her film schedule and they agreed to it. For those two episodes the producers temporarily brought in Varshini.”
Anasuya has signed three films. She will play lead actress in two of them and is cast in a crucial one in the third.
