Rana Daggubati’s clean shaven avatar in the upcoming Telugu-Tamil bilingual period film 1945 got everyone talking about how the look – which he has rarely sported – suits him perfectly. But it looks like in no time, the actor is going to get back to his signature bearded look ! And, he’s doing it to don another look in the same film.
“The makers have shot some important portions where he doesn’t need to don a beard. As the team shoots for some sequences which do not need his presence, Rana will grow his beard, after which he will join the team again. The film sees him in two different looks and Rana is pretty gung-ho about the way it has shaped up so far,” reveals a source close to the actor.
Meanwhile, Rana is rumoured to be playing a soldier in Subhash Chandra Bose’s Azad Hind Fauj (Indian National Army). Regina Cassandra is the female lead in the film directed by Sathyasiva. The film also stars Nasser and Sathyaraj in pivotal roles.
