The Tamil actress was recently in Hyderabad for a film audition.
Nandita may have appeared in a traditional avatar in her Telugu debut but is keen to take up glam roles too.
Nandita Sweta, who made her Tollywood debut with the hit film Ekkadiki Pothav Chinnavada was in town recently. According to a source, the actress auditioned for a big project being helmed by a senior director. Apart from that, a few filmmakers have also approached her and narrated a few scripts.
“Though the actress is quite busy with Tamil films, she wants to do more Telugu films. She appeared in a traditional avatar in her debut Telugu film, so she has told the filmmakers that she is up for glamour roles too,” says a source close to the actress. According to another source, the actress has also been approached for another film starring a top producer’s son.
