After rolling downhill for a while, actor Sundeep Kishan seems to be working his way to new heights. The actor is now signing films back to back. After taking on some interesting projects, both in Telugu and Tamil, he has now replaced actor Naga Chaitanya in what was supposed to be the latter’s Kollywood debut.
To be directed by Karthick Naren, who received critical acclaim for the thriller D 16 starring Rahman in the lead, the new film, titled Naragasooran also stars Arvind Swamy as the other lead.
“The makers wanted a name that would draw Telugu audiences too. With Sundeep’s reach being decent in Tamil Nadu as well, he was the perfect choice,” shares a source. The shooting of the film begins some time in September.
