With elections now only 10 days away, Tollywood celebrities are still busy announcing their political affiliations. On Monday, Rajasekhar and wife Jeevitha met Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and announced that they are joining the YSRCP. The couple showered praises on the party chief and credited him with bringing several changes over the past decade. Interestingly, as supporters of the BJP in the past, they had met Narendra Modi and released a couple of videos praising him and the party.
At one time, they were also supporters of the TDP. Naturally, their joining the YSRCP took everyone by surprise. However, the couple clarified that they had sorted out all their misunderstandings with Jagan before joining his party. Meanwhile, character actress Hema and anchor Syamala also joined the YSRCP and praised Jagan as a great leader, while stating their intentions to work for the party.
