Andhra Pradesh minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao’s son, Ganta Ravi’s debut film, which is being directed by Jayanth C. Paranjee, and produced by actor-turned-producer, Ashok Kumar, is titled Jayadev.
“The story is about an honest police officer, and the inspiration comes from the many police officers who have sacrificed their life to do their duty,” says director Jayanth.
The shooting for the film is almost complete, except for a couple of songs. “There are nearly ten action scenes in the film,” informs Jayanth. He added that he is also happy to introduce Ravi in his film.
Interestingly, producer Ashok Kumar, earlier introduced Prabhas in Eswar, which was also directed by Jayanth. Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao, the film writer, says that the film has shaped up well and he is confident that this film will be on par with other police movies.
