Despite several decades in the industry, Balakrishna has never produced a film since he believed that he would never find success as a producer. He finally took the plunge with his father’s biopic, but with both parts of the film turning into box-office duds, his sentiment has only been reinforced.
A source now informs that the actor is going to stop producing films for the time being. “Balakrishna was supposed to produce his next film with Boyapati Sreenu but has now dropped the idea. He wants to stop producing films as he feels that success eludes him as a producer. Someone else may now step into this project,” says the source.
Sadly, the actor took years before deciding to produce his father’s biopic but it seems that the film’s fate has also decided on his future as a producer.
