After wowing celluloid audiences with his fresh and brilliant camera work in films like Bhale Bhale Magadivoi and Mahanubhavudu, well-known cinematographer Nizar Shafi is all set to plunge into direction. We have learnt from reliable sources that the film will be a chick flick with four actors in prominent roles.
“It is a Telugu-Tamil bilingual film, whose shooting has already begun. The makers are waiting to announce it at an opportune time,” shares the industry source, adding that Nizar has scripted the story and will be handling the cinematography as well as the direction.
What is interesting, however, is the elaborate casting of the film. “Anjali, Anisha Ambrose, Nandita Swetha and Shraddha Srinath have been roped in to play the main protagonists. The film is a thriller and works on the investigative genre,” shares a source in the know.
