Is This Why Prabhas Did Not Vote?

The 2023 Telangana Legislative Assembly elections, held on November 30th, witnessed prominent Tollywood figures like Allu Arjun, Mahesh Babu, Vijay Deverakonda, Ram Charan, and Chiranjeevi exercising their right to vote. However, the absence of Baahubali star Prabhas at the polling booth caught the attention of fans, leading to concerns.

Reportedly, Prabhas, who underwent knee surgery earlier this year in the United States of America, opted to skip the elections to focus on his recovery. Despite several media outlets highlighting the actor's decision, fans expressed their curiosity and well wishes for Prabhas' health.

Celebrity Voter Turnout:

Celebrities from the Telugu film industry actively participated in the elections. Megastar Chiranjeevi, accompanied by his family, was among the first to cast his vote, followed by Jr. NTR, Allu Arjun, Mahesh Babu, Namrata Shirodkar, Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya, Ram Charan, and Upasana.

Prabhas' Upcoming Projects:

While Prabhas remained absent from the election scene, his professional front remains vibrant. The actor is set to feature in the highly anticipated action film, "Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire," directed by Prashanth Neel. Scheduled for release on December 22nd, the movie boasts an ensemble cast, including Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Brahmaji, Jagapathi Babu, Tinnu Anand, and others.

In addition to "Salaar," Prabhas is slated to appear in Nag Ashwin’s science fiction film, "Kalki 2898 AD," expected to hit screens early next year. The film features an impressive cast, including Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani.

Furthermore, Prabhas is set to showcase his versatility in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s upcoming film titled "Spirit," where he will portray the role of a police officer. Despite his absence from the recent elections, Prabhas continues to captivate audiences with his diverse cinematic ventures.
