KT Rama Rao to be chief guest at Dhruva's pre-release function.

Ram Charan and Rakul Preet-starrer Dhruva’s pre-release function is going to be held on December 4 at Yousufguda Police Lines in Hyderabad. Allu Aravind is producing it and this is the first big function to be held as part of film’s promotion. Telangana State IT Minister K T Rama Rao is going to be chief guest for this event and it is going to be a public event. The organisers are also expecting a huge crowd for this function as the film is hitting screens on December 9. Charan is playing a cop in this classic action and that’s why they planned the event at Police Lines. Surender Reddy is the director. Many film personalities may also attend the event, a source reveals.
