Sankranti is one festival, which Tollywood filmmakers look forward to with the hope of generating good revenue. In 2018, during the festival, several films including one starring Pawan Kalyan and the other starring Balakrishna will open at the box office. The third one is that of actor Raj Tarun, titled Rajugadu. And the latest is that actor Ravi Teja is planning to join the Sankranti race as well! The actor’s upcoming film, Touch Chesi Choodu is in the final stage of its shoot, which is why the makers are likely to release it in January 2018.

His last film, Raja The Great is already a big hit and now, the actor wants to cash in on the upcoming festival season. Notably, the last few years have seen filmmakers releasing their films during this festival — making it somewhat of a trend. So while Pawan’s film is releasing on January 10, Balayya’s will hit theatres two days later on January 12 and will be followed by Raj Tarun’s film on January 13. Although the final date for Ravi’s film is not known yet, it will be out around the same time.
