Television anchor and actress Anasuya received plenty of flak online for criticising the cuss words in the film Arjun Reddy.
Ever since the release of Vijay Deverakonda’s Arjun Reddy, many have been talking about the cuss words in the film, and what influence they can have on the public in general. TV anchor and actress Anasuya, who recently spoke up about the same in a series of tweets, shockingly found herself at the receiving end!
“Since when abusing your mother became a go-go?? Sure.. experiment.. explore..but how can you take your bearing for granted dude! Its a blessing..to be celebrated..to be followed..by thousands and lakhs of people..but isnt it a greater responsibility? (sic),” she posted.
She elaborated on how she finds it unacceptable to justify the cuss word ma******d in any way. She further tweeted, “I thought i wont make an issue out of it..but i am not able to keep mum anymore..its below par! Unacceptable! (sic).” She also added, “Abusing out of emotion is just ok..but never comes a moment that you canNot control yourself! SHAME!!! LOSERS!!!! (sic).”
Expressing that she really wanted to watch the film but didn’t, she tweeted, “I wish the talented team utilised their skills in a much appropriate way..i was blown away with the first look.. was eagerly waiting to watch..but didn't watch it yet..honestly.. I dont have the courage..abusing your women is never "just a word"!! #ArjunReddy #AbusingMother #NotCool #NeverCool Period. (sic).”
Well, netizens started abusing the actress, citing her “hypocrisy” over the clothes she wears. But she stood up for herself, and replied to a nasty tweet, “Hypocrisy lies within you.. You are nowhere to teach a mother..a woman or anyone for that matter..what to wear (sic).
