Actor Sai Dharam Tej has been having an ordinary run at the box-office, with his recent flicks bombing big time. Although the actor is trying to pick up versatile roles, success has eluded him so far.
After dabbling in a couple of action films, Sai is now trying his luck with a romantic drama, with his forthcoming film Tej I love you nearing completion.
Directed by Karunakaran, who is known for churning out romantic entertainers, Tej believes that the film will give him the much-required break.
Meanwhile, the director shares, “It’s a love story full of emotions. We tried to keep the story as real as possible and Tej has delivered a natural performance. We believe the realistic subject will strike a chord with the audience.”
Anupama Parameshwaran is the film’s leading lady.
“The onscreen chemistry between Sai Dharam Tej and Anupama is to watch out for. They look like a cool pair and the cinematography and picturesque locations will elevate the feel and experience of the film,” adds the director.
