Now that Baahubali 2 is out, conquering the box office with a never-before-seen magnanimity, upcoming releases of the summer are heading for a tough fight between themselves.
May 19 will see two releases —Nikhil Siddhartha’s thriller Keshava and Naga Chaitanya’s Rarandoy Veduka Chuddham. Nikhil’s movie after the successful Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada is set against Naga Chaitanya’s, who is riding high on the success of Premam, and is sure to give the audience a tough test. And a week ahead of this, on May 12, Radha starring Sharwanand will hit the screens. He is the new golden boy of the industry who is riding on the glory of the National Award-winning Shatamanam Bhavati.
Summer clashes are pretty common, but what’s interesting about this line up is all the actors are fresh from blockbuster successes of their previous films. It will be interesting to watch them all battle it out this summer, just a couple of weeks after the release of Baahubali: The Conclusion.
