Filmmaker Mahi V. Raghav is sitting pretty! Post the success of Yatra, a biopic on the former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Rajasekhar Reddy, the filmmaker has been receiving a lot of offers. The director has just begun writing a web series for a leading online content provider.
Other than that, he has also signed two projects that he would helm for two leading production houses. One of the reasons why Mahi has chosen to work on a web series was because of the opportunities that the platform offers.
“Since there is scope for boundless creativity when it comes to web series, and because Mahi loves writing, he has chosen to write for the web series. However, whether or not he will direct it is something we are going to have to wait and watch,” informs a source.
Mahi has also signed two films with leading production houses in South India. While an official announcement in this regard is yet to be made, we have learned that both the films are action entertainers and are expected to go on floors post summer.
