No time for marriage: Sai Dharam

Sai Dharam says he will take at least four years to settle down'.

Sai Dharam Tej is a happy man as his latest, Winner, is doing well at the box-office, despite mixed reviews. The film had record breaking first day collections and is still going strong. The actor says that he likes the father-son element in the film. The actor’s next is Nakshtram directed by Krishna Vamsi. He is also playing the lead in Jawan directed by BVS Ravi.

He says he feels happy when producers recover their money they invest in films, and adds, “Since the beginning, I believed in the story.” Talking about his upcoming film Jawan and the director BVS Ravi, whose debut film is a big failure, he says, “I never look at the failure or success of a person to sign a film. When he narrated the story, I liked it and signed it. We can’t tell a person’s talent with just one film,” he says.

He reveals that his favourite food is a home-cooked meal by his mother. “Though sometimes I eat outside, every Sunday I am at home for lunch. My mother cooks tomato pappu and annam. That is my favourite,” he says. He adds that he prefers to eat vegetarian on Sundays as he mostly indulges on the other days.

Speaking of his marriage plans, he says, he wants to wait for another four years. “I told my mother that I am just building ground now as an actor, so I want to wait for four more years and then settle down,” says the actor.
