After being seen in Naa Peru Surya, actress Anu Emmanuel had reportedly turned choosy with signing Telugu films. Now, we hear that the actress, who had signed up for a Tamil film, has finally found her desired Telugu project.
Anu has recently signed up for a film opposite Bellamkonda Sreenivas in the Santosh-Srinivas directorial. The Majnu actress has been chosen to play the role of one of the leading ladies in the action entertainer. Nabha Natesh will be the second leading lady in the film. “Even though Anu was offered a few projects after Naa Peru Surya, she chose not to take them up because she felt those roles lacked substance. But Santosh Srinivas’ film has come like a breath of fresh air for the actress,” informs a source close to the film’s unit.
