Bollywood star Shraddha Kapoor was being considered to play the lead in NTR’s next with director Trivikram Srinivas, but after several considerations, the makers have finalised Pooja Hegde for the role.

“Shraddha did seem like a great choice but the makers were wary of her high remuneration. They simultaneously began talks with Pooja, who’s got more popularity amidst the Telugu audiences when compared to Shraddha,” shares a source, adding that Pooja was very keen to be a part of the film.
Interestingly, Pooja seems to be the flavour of the season after she made a comeback since her debut two years ago. In fact, she became a face to watch out for after her stint in Allu Arjun’s Duvvada Jagannadham and will be seen in Mahesh Babu’s next with Vamshi Paidipally soon.
