Sai Pallavi opts out of Vikram's film

Since she debuted in Malayalam film Premam in 2015, Sai Pallavi has been a name to reckon with across the South Indian film industry. The actress, who’s set to make her Telugu debut opposite Varun Tej in Sekhar Kammula’s Fida has opted out of a couple of films over the last few months. The latest apparently is Tamil actor Vikram’s next with director Vijay Chander.

“She agreed to be a part of the film and received an advance payment too. However, the actress opted out after allotting a huge number of dates for a film with Madhavan,” reveals a source. Despite not having made her foray into Tamil cinema yet, the actress is coming across as a wee bit pricey to filmmakers.
