Rakul Preet Singh, one of the busiest actresses down South, has turned down A.M.Ratnam’s film starring Pawan Kalyan. Not because of the script or any other reason, but because her calander is too full and she couldn’t allot dates to the film.
The actress is busy with films opposite Mahesh Babu, Naga Chaitanya, Sai Dharam Tej and Bellamkonda Srinivas. She is also doing a bilingual Tamil and Telugu film.
“The makers approached Rakul to play the female lead, but the actress is busy with multiple projects. Though it is a very good offer, she couldn’t adjust her dates,” says a source. They are now looking for other options and have approached another leading actress, adds the source.
The makers are also looking for an actress to play Pawan Kalyan’s sister. The film was officially launched long back. To be directed by R.T. Neason the shoot is slated to start this year end.
