TVK Vijay's Entry in Jananayagan Leaked Even Before Release

A five-minute clip from Jana Nayagan, touted to be Thalapathy Vijay’s final film, has reportedly been leaked on social media, though official confirmation is still awaited. The clip is said to feature the title credits along with Vijay’s introduction scene.

The footage is being widely circulated across multiple platforms, sparking concern among fans and the film’s team. Several fans have tagged KVN Productions, urging the makers to take strict action against those responsible for the leak as well as those sharing it. Reports suggest the clip may have been leaked from the editing stage, with one moment in the video allegedly showing a person pausing the footage.

The team behind Jana Nayagan has reportedly initiated swift measures to curb the spread, including taking down the leaked content from X.

Meanwhile, fans of Vijay have hinted at a possible conspiracy behind the leak and have appealed to the public not to share the video, cautioning that doing so could invite serious legal consequences.

Jana Nayagan was planned for a Pongal release on January 9 and is being described as Vijay's last film. The actor has entered politics and has launched his own political party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK). The film ran into trouble when the CBFC decided to hold back its certification on the grounds that certain scenes in the movie could potentially hurt religious sentiments. A single judge then asked the CBFC to give the film a U/A 16+ certificate, which brought short-term relief. However, the CBFC later moved to a division bench of the High Court, which stayed the single judge's order on January 9.
