Mumbai: A fire broke out in popular television actor Amit Behl’s house in Malad, Mumbai on Wednesday, killing three of his pets. The actor was not at his 23rd floor flat in Rushi Heights when the fire occurred and was in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Behl, who is joint secretary of the Cine and Television Artists Association of India, is representing the organization, at a conference of the Federation of International Congress.
The actor, who has been in the industry since several years now, is currently a part of the television show ‘Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat’. Behl revealed the news on his Facebook profile, where he thanked his neighbours for managing the situation and requested his well wishers to pray for his pets, who passed away in the incident.
The actor also stated that he will come back to Mumbai on 29th of this month.
