The police aren't willing to listen: Ajaz Khan

Ajaz accused of sending lewd messages by model Aishwarya Choubey, claims Versova Police turning down his plea to file counter complaint.

Ever since model Aishwarya Choubey has accused Ajaz Khan of sending her lewd messages, the actor has been insisting that he is being framed by the model. Aishwarya lodged an FIR against him in Versova police station, Mumbai.

Ajaz claims that even though he has been making rounds of police station armed with evidences, his plea is falling on deaf ears. He says, “I have been going to the police station to file a counter complaint but they are refusing to take it. I told them I have evidence that will make it clear that I am being falsely framed, but the police aren’t willing to listen. I feel like a punching bag. It’s so easy for people to frame me because they know police will never take me seriously. This is wrong. She is spoiling my name and I don’t even have a right to file a case.”

We managed to procure an audio clip that has model Aishwarya conversing with Ajaz. In the clip, Aishwarya is saying to Ajaz, we quote “Itne din mera nature samajh mein aaya hoga. Main iss tarah ki koi harkat nahi kar sakti hoon. Maine nahi kiya itni meri akal nahi hai. Samajh rahe ho na aur media ko maine jo bataya hai wohi show karo.”

(You must have understood my nature by now. I cannot do something like this. I haven’t done it. I don’t have that kind of brains. You understand, right? Whatever I have said to the media stick to that.)

Replying to her, Ajaz says, “Mujhe tum par bharosa hai, tumhara naam lekar koi badnaam kar raha hai (I trust you. Someone is using your name to defame me.)
We asked Ajaz if this ruckus was created to garner some publicity.

He retorted back, “I won’t do something like this for publicity, that too in this holy month. I have a wife and old parents at home. I am answerable to them. On the contrary, she is using me for publicity. If she can use Salman Khan’s name, then why wouldn’t she use mine?”
