Recognizing the relentless dedication and hard work of the media, this initiative aims to ensure that the health of those who bring news to the forefront is not overlooked. The health camp underscores the importance of well-being among media professionals who tirelessly cover stories and events. The check up is slated for May 21 and starts at 8.30 am. Participants are going to avail a variety of check ups starting with Complete Blood Count (CBC), Lipid Profile, Blood Sugar Test, Liver Function Test, Kidney Function Test and Electrocardiogram (ECG).

Talking about this initiative, Dr Gokhale said, "As someone who straddles both the medical and entertainment worlds, I understand the pressures and demands faced by media professionals. This health camp is our way of ensuring that those who do so much for us relentlessly are in the best of health. It's an honor to give back to the community that supports us."

Dr Gokhale has tied up with CritiCare Asia Multi-speciality Hospitals for the initiative. This is the first event post-COVID that specifically addresses the medical needs and requirements of the entertainment press. It's a significant step towards ensuring the well-being of media professionals who have been on the front lines throughout the pandemic.
