Shah Rukh Khan Tops Global Rankings At Met Gala 2025, Beats Global Stars Rihanna, Lewis Hamilton, Priyanka Chopra

The rankings of 2025 put the Bollywood superstar, Shah Rukh Khan, at the top of men's rankings with a Media Impact Value (MIV) of 19 million dollars.

The recent Met Gala was one of the most successful in its history. This year the gala was attended by some of the top movie stars, pop icons, and even sports stars.
With the theme "Superfine: Tailoring Black Style," which celebrated the history and influence of Black dandyism in the Western world, the red carpet (blue carpet this year) saw many stars walking down the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
The event also focused on how fashion has been used as a tool of both enslavement and liberation, according to The New York Times. The theme was inspired by Monica L. Miller's book, "Slaves to Fashion: Black Dandyism and the Styling of Black Diasporic Identity," according to The New York Times.
Despite the presence of many global superstars, Shah Rukh Khan, whom many didn't even recognise on the blue carpet, ended up stealing the spotlight and winning all the praise.
The Launchmetrics findings of which stars and brands got the most media exposure at the Met Gala 2025 were revealed by The Hollywood Reporter on Tuesday.
The Met Gala Power Ranking reveals which celebrities and companies created the most online buzz and made the most money.
The rankings of 2025 put the Bollywood superstar, Shah Rukh Khan, at the top of men's rankings with a Media Impact Value (MIV) of 19 million dollars.
Moreover, Shah Rukh Khan came in the third spot in the overall list, behind K-pop star Lisa (21.3 million dollars in MIV) and Thai actor Sarocha Chankimha, aka Freen (19.5 million dollars).
Shah Rukh Khan left behind some of the global Superstars, including Zendaya (14.3 million dollars) and Rihanna (13.5 million dollars). This year the Jenners and Kardashians didn't find a spot on the top 5 women this year.
Even Priyanka Chopra, another Indian actor, didn't even feature in the top 10.

This was Shah Rukh Khan's debut at the Met Gala. He was wearing a black attire that Sabyasachi Mukherjee had specially made for him. The outfit consisted of fitted pants, a black silk shirt, and a floor-length Tasmanian wool coat.
He accessorized with an 18k gold cane set with sapphires and tourmalines, layered gold chains, a diamond star brooch, and a "K" pendant adorned with crystals. Additionally, the tiger cane highlighted the look's strength.
