Sanjay Dutt Praises Chiranjeevi And Prabhas, Shares Love For Telugu cinema
Sanjay Dutt expressed his admiration for Megastar Chiranjeevi, calling him one of his favourites from Tollywood.

Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt, who has been increasingly active in South Indian cinema, is set to appear in several high-profile projects, including Prabhas’ upcoming The Raja Saab, slated for release in December 2025. He also plays a significant role in Dhruva Sarja’s KD: The Devil, whose teaser was unveiled at a grand event in Mumbai.
During his interaction with the media, Sanjay Dutt expressed his admiration for Megastar Chiranjeevi, calling him one of his favourites from Tollywood. The actor’s remarks were met with enthusiastic applause from the audience.“He (Chiranjeevi) remade my Munna Bhai MBBS in Telugu. I share a beautiful bond with him. God bless him,” Sanjay Dutt said, fondly recalling the connection.
Dutt also revealed that he is making an effort to learn Telugu, acknowledging the importance of connecting with the audience as he takes on more roles in Tollywood.
Speaking about his experience working with Prabhas, he praised the Baahubali star’s warm hospitality, adding with a smile that Prabhas “made him eat a lot.”
Beyond these projects, Sanjay Dutt was recently seen in Double Ismart, where he played a dark role, and also showcased his negative shades in the Telugu-dubbed version of Leo, which performed well in the two Telugu states.
With more South Indian films lined up, Sanjay Dutt seems committed to deepening his bond with Telugu cinema and its fans.
